Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved for you. I understand that schedule adjustments are necessary. I ask for at least a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. You are required to have a card on file in order to book an appointment. By booking your appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy. Canceling less than 24 hours before appointment will result in the card on file to be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. No call no show will result in the card on file to be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment that does not give your stylist the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on the waitlist will also miss the opportunity to receive a service. Thank you for understanding!
